Staying at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated but lacked some privacy due to overlooking the central stairwell, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, but communication occasionally proved challenging. The location was beautiful and quiet, although a bit outside downtown Puno, which could be inconvenient for some. The dining options were varied and satisfying, offering a pleasant culinary experience.

Despite the beauty of the large and beautifully decorated rooms, the central stairwell view affected privacy and comfort. The lack of a ceiling fan made the room very overheated, leading to restless nights.
